We'd rather get the scope right than argue about refunds, which is why the first scoping session is free and every fixed-price quote is agreed before any paid work starts.
Projects and dedicated teams
Fixed-scope projects are billed against milestones delivered as working software in staging. Dedicated teams are billed monthly with 30 days' notice. Fees for work already delivered are not refundable; anything paid in advance for work not yet started is refunded or credited as set out in your agreement.
Hosting, email and managed services
Recurring services can be cancelled as described in your service agreement. If a service fails to meet a written commitment such as an uptime SLA, service credits apply as defined in that agreement.
Domains and messaging
Domain registrations and renewals are passed to the registry once submitted and are generally not refundable. Unused prepaid messaging balances are handled under the terms of your communication services agreement.
